Common questions

The countdown timer isn't showing on my new tab

Make sure no other new tab extensions are active — Chrome only allows one at a time. Disable others in chrome://extensions.

My countdown settings disappeared

This can happen if browser data was cleared. If you're signed in to Chrome, settings should sync back automatically.

Can I request a new event theme?

Absolutely! Email us with your idea and we'll consider it for a future extension.

Is the extension really free?
