Questions before you order
Do guests need to download an app?
No! Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera and they're taken directly to your gallery. Works on any smartphone, no app required.
How long do I have access to the photos?
Your gallery is hosted for 6 months from your event date. You can download all photos at any time during this period. Extensions are available if you need more time.
Is the album really private?
Yes! Only people with your unique QR code or link can access the gallery. There's no public discovery or search indexing.
Can I customize the welcome page?
Absolutely! You can personalize your event name, add a custom message, and choose settings that match your celebration.
What file formats are supported?
Guests can upload photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and videos. All common formats are supported.
When do I receive my QR code?
After completing your purchase, we'll set up your album and send you a digital download with your QR code, PDF templates for signs and cards (print at home or any print shop), and setup instructions within 24-48 hours.
