Place your order
Purchase your event album through our Etsy store. After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation with a link to provide your event details.
What happens when you order:
- Provide your event details during Etsy checkout
- We set up your album within 3-5 business days
- You receive your QR code and printable PDFs via email

Common questions
How quickly do I receive my QR code?
Within 3-5 business days of providing your event details. We'll email you the QR code and printable PDFs as soon as your album is set up.
Can I test it before my event?
Yes! Once you receive your QR code, you can scan it and upload test photos. You can delete these before your event.
What if guests upload inappropriate photos?
You have full admin control and can remove any photos after they're uploaded.
Can guests see each other's photos?
This is controlled by visibility settings that we configure for you. Options include: everyone sees all photos, guests only see their own uploads, or only you see everything.
How long does my gallery stay live?
Your gallery stays live for 6 months from your event date. Make sure to download all your photos before it expires. We'll send reminder emails. If you need more time, storage extensions are available.
Is there a limit to how many photos can be uploaded?
No limit on total uploads. You can optionally set a per-guest limit if you want to keep things manageable.
