When can people start adding photos?
As soon as you order. The album opens straight away, so you can put the link in the invite and the agenda weeks ahead. Attendees add photos during the event and for months afterwards.

Six months from the event date, not from the day you order, so setting it up early costs nothing. Add 12 months at checkout if you want longer, and download everything whenever you like.

Can I check photos before they appear?
Yes. Turn on approval and nothing shows in the album or on the slideshow until you or a co-host approves it. You can hide or remove anything at any time.

Every album comes with its own QR code, plus signs and table cards ready to print. Attendees point their phone camera at it and the album opens in their browser, where they can add photos or leave a message. The same album has a link you can share anywhere.

Copy the link and send it however your team talks: the event email, Slack, Teams or the intranet. Put the QR code on badges, tables and your opening slide. Anyone with the link can add photos, so there’s no attendee list to manage.

Any screen, projector or laptop with a web browser and an internet connection. Open the slideshow link and make it full screen. Test it with the AV team before the day.
