On your albums dashboard. Each album row has an Expires column with the date, so you never have to calculate it from the event date yourself.

Yes, reminder emails are sent before the hosting period ends. Act on them rather than filing them, since the date in your dashboard is the real deadline.

Your gallery is hosted for the period included with your purchase, which is typically six months from the event date. You do not have to work it out or dig through emails: your albums dashboard lists every album with an Expires column showing the exact date. Download your full collection well before that date rather than close to it.

Every album is listed with its event date, upload count, and the date its hosting period ends.
Go to your dashboard

Download everything well before that date
Album settings, then Download all files under Album export.
Album export zips every completed photo. Videos are listed separately.

A computer plus a cloud copy is what makes the photos permanently yours.
