6 practical guides
All guides in Share with guests
- 01How do I share my event album link?Open Share from Manage, pick a channel like WhatsApp or Email, and it opens pre-filled with your message and album link. Or use Copy link to paste it anywhere.
- 02How do I share my album on WhatsApp?Press Share, choose WhatsApp, and it opens with your message and album link already filled in. Pick your group chat and send.
- 03What should I say when asking guests to upload photos?Keep it short, warm, and specific. Thank them, ask for the photos they took, paste the link, and say there is no app to download.
- 04Can guests upload using a link instead of the QR code? The album link and QR code open the same private gallery, so guests who are not at the venue can upload photos and videos just as easily.
- 05Should I share my album before the event?Usually yes. Sharing early collects getting-ready, travel, and rehearsal photos you would otherwise miss, and guests already know what the QR code is for.
- 06Can I add my event album to a wedding website?Yes. Add the album link as a clearly labelled button on your wedding or event website, and put the QR code beside it for anyone reading on a phone.
