- 01Can someone else help me manage my album?Invite a trusted co-host by email from Administration. They can moderate photos, change album settings, share the link, and download the complete collection.
- 02How do I change what guests can see?Choose Photo Visibility in Album settings: let guests see the full gallery, only their own uploads plus yours, or only their own photos.
- 03Can guests see each other's photos?That is your choice. Photo Visibility in Album settings has three options, from a fully shared gallery to guests seeing only their own uploads.
- 04How private is my event album?Your album is not public or searchable. Guests reach it only through the QR code or link you share, and you control what they see once inside.
- 05Can I approve photos before guests see them?Turn on approval in Album settings to review new guest uploads before they appear in your event gallery, then approve or remove them whenever you are ready.
- 06How do I remove an unwanted photo?Open a photo as the host to delete it, or use Select to remove several uploads together. Changes apply immediately to the event gallery.
- 07Can I turn off guest uploads?Switch guest uploads off in Album settings once you have collected everything you need. The gallery stays viewable, but guests can no longer add new photos or videos.
- 08Can I let guests download photos?Yes. Switch on Allow guest downloads in Album settings. With it off, guests can view the gallery but the download controls are hidden from them entirely.
- 09Can guests comment on photos?Enable comments in Album settings under Social Features so guests can reply to individual photos, share a memory, and keep the conversation together.
- 10Can guests like photos?Enable likes in Album settings under Social Features so guests can react to individual photos and you can quickly see which moments people loved most.
- 11How do I change my gallery cover image?Open Welcome Page in Settings to upload a JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF cover image up to 10MB. Guests see it before they enter and upload.
- 12Can I change the gallery layout?Yes. Design has four layouts: Grid, Masonry, Featured, and Mosaic. Album settings separately controls grouping by guest.
- 13How do I show a live slideshow at my event?Open Photo Wall from the album toolbar and display its URL on any screen. New guest photos appear automatically as people upload them during your event.
- 14Can I show the photo wall on a TV or projector?Open your Photo Wall URL in a browser on a laptop, smart TV, or projector connected to the screen, then let new guest photos appear as they upload.
