- 01How does Our Event Album work?You set up an album, print or share its QR code, guests scan it and upload from their phone browser with no app, and you download everything afterwards.
- 02Do guests need to download an app?No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the album opens in their normal browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
- 03How do I create my event album?Place your order, then set the title, date, and welcome message in Settings, and pick up your QR code and guest link from Manage.
- 04Can I test my QR code before the event?Yes, and you should. Print one sign, scan it from a second phone with the normal camera app, upload a test photo, then delete the test from the gallery.
- 05How do I customise my event album?Customize your event album from Settings. Change the title, date, cover image, welcome message, gallery layout, colours, font, and language before guests arrive.
- 06Where should I put QR code signs at my event?Place wedding QR code signs where guests pause with their phones: at each table, the entrance, bar, and photo booth, so they can scan and upload right away.
- 07How do I print my QR code signs?Open Manage, choose Download A5 sign or Download business cards, pick your paper size from the menu beside each button, then print the PDF at home or at a print shop.
- 08Which languages does the gallery support?Set English, Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese as your album default in Event + Language. Guests can still switch the gallery to their preferred language.
