Open Settings from Manage or the gallery
Six panels: Event + Language, Welcome Page, Design, Sharing, Administration, and Album settings.
Comments, Likes, and Well Wishes are switched on and off here. - 2
Use Design for the look of the gallery
Gallery layout, title colour, title font, accent colour, and sparkles all live here.
Jump to the layout examplesDesign holds the gallery layout, title colour and font, accent colour, and the sparkles toggle. - 3
Use Welcome Page for the first thing guests see
Cover image and welcome message. This is the screen guests land on after scanning, shown here as they see it.
When guest names are switched on, this is the first thing a guest sees after scanning. - 4
Use Album settings for what guests can do
Photo visibility, media filters, gallery grouping, comments, likes, and well wishes.
Photo Visibility decides whether guests see the whole gallery, their own uploads plus yours, or only their own.
Everything below is under Settings, reachable from Manage or from the gallery itself.
Gallery layouts
Four layouts, all in the Design panel. They differ most once the album has a real mix of photo shapes.

Grid crops everything to a uniform tile, which looks tidy and predictable. Masonry keeps each photo's real proportions, so tall phone photos stay tall. Featured gives the most recent or most prominent photo a large slot. Mosaic mixes sizes for a denser, more collage-like wall.
Title fonts
Four fonts for the album title. Everything else on the page uses the standard interface typeface, so this choice sets the character of the gallery on its own.
Bigunna is a flowing script, Montserrat a clean modern sans, Cormorant Garamond a classic serif, and Sweet Apricot a handwritten style. Each previews live in the Design panel as you select it.
Title colours
Three presets, plus a custom hex value if you want to match a specific palette.

Languages
Four languages. Your choice sets the default; guests can switch for themselves from the gallery header.
Español, Русский, and Português translate the same controls.

Common follow-up questions
- Can I change these after guests start uploading?
- Yes, all of them, at any time. Nothing here affects photos that have already been uploaded. See how to customise your album.
- Can I use my own brand colours?
- Yes. Both the title colour and the accent colour accept a custom hex value alongside the presets, so you can match a wedding palette or a company brand exactly.
- What does the accent colour actually change?
- Buttons and interactive elements throughout the guest gallery. The title colour only affects the album title.
- What are sparkles?
- An optional animated flourish around the album title. It suits weddings and parties; most people turn it off for corporate and memorial events.
- Can guests see a different language from mine?
- Yes. Your primary language is only the default. Each guest can switch on their own device. See using the gallery in another language.
