Help & support for your event album
Answers for every part of sharing your event album.
Before your event
Set up your event album, customize the welcome page, prepare QR code signs, and test the guest experience before anyone arrives at your event.
- →How does Our Event Album work? You set up an album, print or share its QR code, guests scan it and upload from their phone browser with no app, and you download everything afterwards.
- →Do guests need to download an app?No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the album opens in their normal browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
- →How do I create my event album?Place your order, then set the title, date, and welcome message in Settings, and pick up your QR code and guest link from Manage.
Share with guests
Share one simple private album link with every guest, then use QR code signs, messages, and event website links to invite their memories.
- →How do I share my event album link?Open Share from Manage, pick a channel like WhatsApp or Email, and it opens pre-filled with your message and album link. Or use Copy link to paste it anywhere.
- →How do I share my album on WhatsApp?Press Share, choose WhatsApp, and it opens with your message and album link already filled in. Pick your group chat and send.
- →What should I say when asking guests to upload photos?Keep it short, warm, and specific. Thank them, ask for the photos they took, paste the link, and say there is no app to download.
Guests uploading photos & videos
Help every guest add photos, videos, and well wishes from their phone, including upload formats, Android steps, and large-file troubleshooting.
- →How do guests upload photos? They scan the QR code or open the link, tap Upload Photos, pick from their camera roll, and wait for the confirmation. No app and no account.
- →Can guests upload videos?Guests upload videos the same way as photos. Because video files are much larger, use a reliable connection and keep the upload page open until each one finishes.
- →Which photo and video file types can guests upload?Guests can upload JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, HEIC/HEIF, and TIFF photos up to 20 MB, plus MP4, MOV, AVI, and WEBM videos up to 500 MB.
Manage your gallery
Control gallery privacy, display, moderation, co-host access, and guest features such as comments, likes, downloads, and approval.
- →Can someone else help me manage my album?Invite a trusted co-host by email from Administration. They can moderate photos, change album settings, share the link, and download the complete collection.
- →How do I change what guests can see?Choose Photo Visibility in Album settings: let guests see the full gallery, only their own uploads plus yours, or only their own photos.
- →Can guests see each other's photos? That is your choice. Photo Visibility in Album settings has three options, from a fully shared gallery to guests seeing only their own uploads.
After your event
Download original photos and videos, share the finished private gallery, print favourite moments, and keep a safe copy of every memory.
- →How do I download all photos from my event?Open Settings, go to Album settings, and use Download all files under Album export. Every completed photo is zipped, and videos are listed separately.
- →Are downloads full resolution?Yes. Downloads give you the original file each guest uploaded. The gallery shows a lighter version for fast browsing, but that is only for display.
- →How do I download a single photo or video?Open the photo in the gallery and use the download control. Hosts can always do this; guests can when downloads are switched on.
Fix a problem
Find straight answers for QR code, upload, browser, access, and gallery-expiry issues, with practical fixes to get your event album working again.
- →Why will my QR code not scan?Usually glare, size, or lighting. Use the normal camera app, hold the phone closer, and check the printed sign is matt and well lit. Send the link as a backup.
- →Why can a guest not upload photos?Usually an in-app browser, a weak connection, a photo still downloading from iCloud, or uploads being switched off. Work through those four.
- →What should I do if an upload is slow or stuck?Keep the upload page open, check your connection, and retry smaller batches. Large videos on venue Wi-Fi are the usual reason uploads appear stuck.
