What should I do if an upload is slow or stuck?

   Closing the tab or switching apps mid-upload is the most common way progress is lost.

   Mobile data is often faster than venue wifi with two hundred people on it.

   Try a smaller batch

   Five photos at a time is far more reliable than fifty on a weak connection.

How long should a video take?

On a good connection, under a minute for a short clip. On busy venue wifi it can take considerably longer. See uploading videos.

Will a failed upload duplicate if I retry?

Retrying a file that did not finish will not create a duplicate of a completed upload.

Can guests upload later instead?

Does the phone need to stay awake?
