How do I download all photos from my event?

Open Settings and choose Album settings
Scroll to Album export at the bottom of the panel.
Album export zips every completed photo. Videos are listed separately. - 2
Press Download all files
It tells you how many completed photos will be zipped before you start.

Save the download somewhere backed up
A computer plus a cloud backup. The gallery is not a substitute for your own copy.

- Are the downloads full quality?
- Yes. See are downloads full resolution.
- Why are videos separate?
- Videos are much larger than photos, so bundling them into one zip makes the download slow and fragile. They are listed on their own so you can take them individually.
- Can a co-host download everything?
- Yes. A co-host has the same access you do. See inviting a co-host.
- What if the download fails partway?
- Start it again. If it keeps failing, try a wired connection or a different browser, and contact support if it persists.
