Why are videos separate?

Videos are much larger than photos, so bundling them into one zip makes the download slow and fragile. They are listed on their own so you can take them individually.

Can a co-host download everything?

What if the download fails partway?

Start it again. If it keeps failing, try a wired connection or a different browser, and contact support if it persists.

Open Settings, choose Album settings, and scroll to Album export. Download all files zips every completed photo in the album. Videos are listed separately because of their size. Do this before your hosting period ends, and keep the download somewhere backed up.
