Watch for the expiry reminder emails
They arrive before the hosting period ends. Act on them rather than filing them.

Download the full album
Album settings, then Download all files under Album export.
Album export zips every completed photo. Videos are listed separately. - 3
Back the download up somewhere else
A computer and a cloud copy. One copy is not a backup.
Common follow-up questions
- Can I get an expired gallery back?
- Contact support as soon as you realise. The sooner you get in touch the more likely something can be done, so do not wait.
- Do guests get told it has expired?
- The link simply stops working for them. It is worth telling guests yourself and sharing the finished gallery before it ends.
- What should I do right now if mine is close?
- Download the full album first, before anything else. Everything else can be sorted out afterwards.
- Does expiry delete my photos immediately?
- The gallery becomes unavailable. Do not treat it as a place your only copy can safely live, at any point.
