How do I print my QR code signs?

Updated 26 July 2026

  1. 1

Open Manage and find the Print signs card

It sits at the top of the page and previews the sign and cards with your QR code already on them.

See where to put your signs
Manage is where the print-ready A5 sign and take-home cards are downloaded. The QR code is already built in.
  2. 2

Pick your paper size from the arrow beside the button

A4 and US Letter both print correctly at home, and the card sheets come with cut guides.

Each download button has its own paper size menu, so the PDF prints correctly at home.
  3. 3

Download the PDF and print it

Print at home on the heaviest paper your printer takes, or send the PDF to a local print shop.

Common follow-up questions

What paper should I print on?
Plain white paper works, but heavier card holds up better on a table and does not curl. Avoid glossy stock, because the shine can make the code harder to scan under venue lighting.
Can I get the signs in another language?
Yes. The PDFs have a language picker, so you can print signs in the language your guests will read first.
Can I use my own design instead?
Yes. Use the QR code from the Sharing panel in your own stationery, as long as you keep a clear margin of white space around the code so it still scans.
Do I need to reprint if I change my album settings later?
No. The code points at your album, so changing the title, colours, or privacy settings afterwards does not change the code.
