Frequently asked questions
Is GuestPix cheaper than Our Event Album?
GuestPix has a free plan for up to 50 photos (access ends 37 days after the event), and on 6 October 2026 its Classic package was US$49 one-time with 12 months of hosting from the event date and a 3-month upload window. Our Event Album is US$39 once per event with 6 months of hosting from the event date, or US$54 with 12 months of hosting.
Do guests need an app for either?
No. Guests scan a QR code or open a link and upload in their phone browser on both. GuestPix says no guest registration is needed, and Our Event Album needs no account either.
Which keeps photos online longer?
GuestPix paid packages host for 12 months from the event date (Classic and Signature) or 24 months counted from the purchase date (Signature Bundle), so a Bundle bought well before the event covers less than 24 months after it. Our Event Album hosts for 6 months from the event date and can be extended to 12 months. On GuestPix's free plan, access ends 37 days after the event.
Is there a limit on guests or uploads?
Our Event Album has no limit on guests or uploads. GuestPix paid packages list unlimited photos and videos and unlimited guests, with a fair-use note of up to 1000 guests per event.
Can I try either before paying?
GuestPix has a free plan for up to 50 photos with no video uploads; access ends 37 days after the event and the gallery is deleted at 90 days unless upgraded or extended. Our Event Album has no free plan, but you can open the demo album to see the guest experience before you buy.
