Overview
These terms govern your use of Our Event Album's countdown timer Chrome extensions ("the Extensions"). By installing or using any of our Extensions, you agree to these terms. The Extensions are provided by Our Event Album ("we", "us", "our").
The service
Our countdown timer Extensions replace your Chrome new tab page with a beautiful countdown display. They are:
- -Completely free to install and use
- -Available on the Chrome Web Store
- -Designed to work offline without any account or sign-up
- -Powered entirely by Chrome's built-in storage
License
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Extensions for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Extensions.
Your content
Any data you enter into the Extensions (countdown dates, names, preferences) is stored locally in your Chrome browser. We do not have access to this data and have no responsibility for its backup or recovery. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the Extension, your settings may be lost.
Availability & updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Extensions at any time without notice. We aim to keep them working and improving, but we make no guarantees about availability or future features. Chrome Web Store policies may also affect distribution.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Use them at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Event Album shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extensions. Since the Extensions are free and store data only locally, our total liability is limited to zero.
Relationship to Our Event Album
The countdown Extensions are a free product offered by Our Event Album. They are separate from our paid event photo-sharing service. Using the Extensions does not create an account with Our Event Album or entitle you to any paid services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extensions after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
