How much does Our Event Album cost?+
Our Event Album is a one-time event purchase. Current checked pricing is $39 USD, €36 EUR, or A$60 AUD for the base album. Optional add-ons include 12-month hosting extension and multi-language support.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Guests scan your QR code or open your event link and upload photos and videos from their phone browser. They do not need an app download or a guest account.
What is included in the base package?+
The base package includes a unique event QR code, printable sign templates, unlimited guest photo and video uploads, a custom welcome page, live slideshow, real-time gallery feed, comments and likes, download-all support, and 6 months of hosting.
Are photo and video uploads unlimited?+
Yes. The structured OEA package data treats guest count and upload count as unlimited. Individual videos are capped at 60 seconds based on the current pricing config.
How long is the album hosted?+
The base album includes 6 months of hosting. A 12-month hosting extension is available as a paid add-on.
Can hosts download everything?+
Yes. Hosts can download all photos and videos during the hosting window, including full-resolution media kept in the event album.
Is the gallery private?+
The gallery is accessed through the unique QR code or event link. It is not a public social feed, but anyone with the event link can access it, so hosts should share the QR/link with intended guests.
Does Our Event Album support multiple languages?+
The base product is English. Multi-language support is available as a paid add-on, currently listed for Spanish-style/bilingual event use.
What features are not included?+
Our Event Album does not advertise face recognition, NFC cards, photo booth mode, physical print ordering, custom domains, AI culling, automatic categorization, or a separate audio/video guestbook product.
