Does Guestlense offer a no-cost event package?
We did not find a no-cost event package on the current public site. Guestlense lets hosts create an account, but the public event packages start at $49.
Do guests need an app or account?
No app is required. Guests scan a QR code or open a link, enter their first and last name, and can upload/view photos and videos from the gallery page.
What limits does Guestlense publish?
Guestlense says every package includes unlimited guests and unlimited photo/video uploads. The upload window runs until 3 months after the event date, access/download is shown as 12 months, and the FAQ lists a 500 MB maximum upload file size.
Are Guestlense downloads full resolution?
The FAQ says photos download at full resolution, while videos are slightly compressed for usability. Hosts can bulk download from the management dashboard.
