How does quinceanera photo sharing work?
Put your album QR code on table cards or a welcome sign. Guests scan with their phone camera, open the album in their browser, and upload photos and videos. No app download or guest account is needed. An internet connection is required.
Can we collect the vals, family photos and surprise dance?
Yes. Guests can share photos and videos from the traditions your family chooses, including the vals, changing of shoes, last doll and surprise dance. Ask a few relatives to capture their favourite moments. The album complements your photographer; it does not replace one or guarantee every moment is recorded.
Can Spanish-speaking relatives use the album?
Yes. Guests upload in their phone browser without installing an app. You can write your welcome message and QR sign instructions in English, Spanish or both to suit your family.
Where should I put the QR code?
Place a card on each mesa and a sign by the welcome table or photo booth. Ask your DJ or MC to mention it once. Printable PDF signs and table card templates are included as digital downloads; physical cards and printing are not included.
How many photos and videos can guests upload?
Your album includes unlimited photo and video uploads, with no per-guest fee. Guests can add their photos before, during and after the celebration while your album is active and uploads are enabled.
How long does the album last? Can I buy more time?
Hosting lasts 6 months from your event date. If no event date is set, it starts when the album is created. The optional 12-Month Hosting add-on extends this to 12 months total. Already purchased? Contact us before your album expires to ask about an extension.
Can I buy now and upload before her quinceañera?
Yes. Once your album is ready, you can personalise it, download your QR code and signs, and add dress fittings, practice dances or family throwbacks. Buying early does not use up the 6 months of hosting when you set a future event date.
Who can see the photos?
Your gallery is not publicly searchable. Anyone with the private link or QR code can access it, so share it only with people you want to invite. Your host dashboard lets you manage gallery visibility and remove uploads.
Can we keep the photos after the album expires?
Download your original photos and videos before the expiry date shown in your dashboard. The online album closes when hosting ends, but the files you downloaded are yours to keep. QR code photo sharing gives your family one place to collect them first.
